Our Application Process
We want to make applying to The Provision School as easy as possible while still guaranteeing this is the best placement for your student.
1) Check out the website.
We have a Code of Conduct, Statement of Faith, student handbook, school calendar, and other information that may help you determine if our school fits your needs and family values.
2) Schedule a Tour with our front office.
You can do this by calling our front offices at (859) 396-0644 or EMAIL us.
3) Submit an Application.
After your tour, you can decide to fill out an application to show you are ready for an interview.
4) Schedule an Admissions Interview.
Once we have received your application, we will determine if your student seems like a good fit for our school. If so, we will contact you about scheduling an interview. If you are concerned that your application was not received, you may EMAIL us to confirm.
5) Letter of Acceptance:
Your child is not immediately accepted to The Provision after the interview. You will receive a letter with the decision about enrollment within approximately a week of your interview.
6) Once Accepted:
Electronically SUBMIT birth certificate, immunizations, IEP’s, student records, etc. needed to enroll your student.
Once that is completed, students are not officially enrolled until the below documents are filled out and submitted. If you need paper copies, please contact our front office.
7) Need a Scholarship:
