Our Application Process
We want to make applying to The Provision School as easy as possible while still guaranteeing this is the best placement for your student.
1) Thoroughly check out our website to make sure you have a basic understanding of who we are as a school, read the handbook, Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct, and familiarize yourself with our services.
2) Schedule a Tour with our front office.
You can do this by calling our front offices at (859) 396-0644 or EMAIL us.
3) Submit an Application.
4) Schedule an Admissions Interview.
Once we have received your application, we will determine if your student seems like a good fit for our school. If so, we will contact you about scheduling an interview. If you are concerned that your application was not received, you may EMAIL us to confirm.
5) Once Accepted:
Electronically SUBMIT all paperwork needed to enroll your student.
